For Siemens Medical, the fidelity of their corporate iden­tity is paramount. The design of Siemens booths were custom developed in their German headquarters with local con­tractors, but booths produced on the other side of the world are expected to follow the same high standards of consistency.

Welkam produced and managed the display in Hong Kong to match the German standard. Scheduling only permitted a single day for assembly and installation of Siemens’s soph­isticated booth and equip ment. Yet Welkam’s planning kept the team ahead of schedule, inspiring the client to take the event even further:
