Decorations in the 5 banquet halls, rental equipment in the 2 hospitals, staffing, *management and operation during the event, car arrangement for 150 guests arriving from all over the world… we were fully in charge of the very first symposium of Medacta in Japan. Thorough onsite investigation and planning led us to a great success in spite of the limited installation time and the severe conditions.
