Tokyo Int'l Lighting Fair 2011, Mar 08 ~ 11

The Euro had lost 30% against the Yen since the last Lighting Fair 2 Years ago. For BJB everything was this much more expensive. We changed the Design details at places, where production costs could be saved and so helped to reduce the burden.
2 hours before the end of the show, the big Earthquake hit. Fortunately in the hall there was almost no damage and so everybody could leave with nothing more than a scare.

About The Client

BJB develops and produces sockets for lighting fixtures. The Germany based company has a long, solid track record of quality and innovation.
At our former employer, we served BJB on their Lighting Fair booths for years, until BJB HQ Germany decided to shift their Japanese marketing to a new agency. We lost sight of BJB for a few years, but were re-invited by the advertising agency to direct the booth design and construction in 2007.
